Our Story
We are a company dedicated to the elaboration of extruded products based on the ''Oro de los Andes"; Quinoa.
Quinoa is cultivated in the Ecuadorian highlands by small farmers. The Incas rightly called it "the golden grain".
Their applications in food preparation are very diverse; with the cooked or flaked grain you can prepare soups, salads, compotes for babies or porridge; with the toasted grain flour you can make bread, cookies, crust for frying or you can eat the cereal for breakfast.
Currently, our portfolio includes cereals, snacks, flours, flakes, among other healthy products.

At Cereales Andinos we are committed to the production, marketing
and delivery of value-added products, ensuring that these have high quality and safety standards, for which we assume the
following commitments:
- Maintain and continuously improve a food safety system.
- Continuous training of all our employees.
- Maintain a sustainable food safety culture within the plant.

We work with small farmers and train them in collaboration with other companies (like Nestle) and Government entities such as INIAP.
