Cereales Andinos obtained the Gluten Free certification in order to guarantee our customers that there will be no gluten contamination.
The Gluten-Free food certification presents a system for reviewing formulas and documents, inspection of facilities and product testing to meet the following criteria:
The food or finished product must contain less than 20 parts per million (ppm) of gluten.
Foods or products with "gluten-free" statements must meet the definition of "gluten-free".
Cereales Andinos has been certified in HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), a system that allows to identify specific hazards and control measures in order to guarantee the safety of food; that is, the condition that ensures that these won't cause harm to the consumer, taking into account that safety is one of the four basic groups of characteristics that together with the nutritional, organoleptic and commercial characteristics make up the quality of the food.
